The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in Higher Education is an important and major phenomenon which was started in 2016 in Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology. It focus on the sustainable quality education under the guidance of University Grand Commission (UGC) and financially supported by Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP), World Bank. IQAC will become a University’s operation to help educational and administrative excellence in higher education in Bangladesh.

To create and run a concrete quality assurance and developing education system in Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh, a sustainable policy and continuous improvements has been practicing since its inception. For all teachers’, students’, supports axes and development in standards, compatible with enhancement in overall satisfaction with the wants of stakeholders qualifying the University to be a destination for the successful life.
By practicing, incorporating and believing of quality education in Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology, we support equal and fair evaluation for teachers’ training, workshop, different policies and systems to achieve standard position in cultural education.
