Peer review of the Department of Interior Architecture of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology commenced on May 6, 2018 and continued till May 8, 2018. The program was held in the conference room of IQAC and in the concerned department.
Peer Review team was consisted of Prof. Dr. Md. Nazmul Hoque, Head of the department of Bangla and Director, IQAC, at the Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, Quality Expert (Local); Mr. Abdullah Mohammad Taher, Additional Director of IQAC & Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Asian University of Bangladesh, Quality expert (Local); Ar. Iftekhar Rahman, Associate Professor, Department of Architecture, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Subject Expert.
Ar.A.F.M Mohiuddin Akhand, HoD, Dept. of Interior Architecture, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology gave a presentation on his department while IAr. Jannatul Ferdus Nela, Lecturer, Dept. of Interior Architecture& SAC member, gave a presentation on the SAC activities. IAr.Pahlowan Mahbub Haider, SAC member, and other faculty-members also were present in the program.
Peer reviewers met and talked to the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Quazi Md. Mafizur Rahman, respected Registrar Ar. Hosne Ara Rahman, Controller of Examinations Prof. Md. Abdus Salam, Dean of Faculty of Design and Technology Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Halim Shaikh, Head of the Dept. Ar.A.F.M Mohiuddin Akhand, Head of Admission, Deputy Controller of Exams, Head of Marketing, faculties, SAC members, Alumni, Employees, Employers and Non- Academic staff. They visited some classes and exhibition of the department which they lauded profusely.
Prof. Dr. Yasmin Ahmed, Director, IQAC and Mr. Md. Anwarul Hoque, Additional Director, IQAC, supervised the program.
The Peer Reviewers appreciated highly the activities and endeavors of the department in particular and the university at large.
