The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT) organized a training program on “IT Skills for Education Management Software Operation” for the Heads of all academic departments and the Program Coordinators on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 in a computer lab of the University. 

The main objective of the training was to enhance the participants’ IT skills with special focus on the operation of the University’s online education management software named i-EMS provided by Pipilka Soft. At the outset of the event, Md. Moniruz Zaman, Director of IQAC, SMUCT, welcome all the participants to the program requested them to focus on hands-on learning of the IT skills needed to operate various features of the i-EMS. Humayon Kabir Pavel, Chairman and CEO, and Md. Nafiul Islam, Business Development Manager of Pipilika Soft conducted the training through presentation and demonstration of various features of the software. The participants practically used those features and got clarification, where necessary, through question and answer.
