Peer Review program of the Department of Music was held on the August 7, 8, and 9, 2018 in the conference room of IQAC and in the concerned department.
Presentation on the department was given by Dr. Pradip Kumar Nandi, Head of the department;Dr. HarunAr Rashid, Senior Member of SAC, and Mr. RezoanulHoque, Member of SAC, gave presentation on Self-Assessment report.
The peer reviewers were Prof. Dr. MusharratShabnam,Chairman, Department of Music &Dean, Faculty of Arts, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University,Trishal, Mymensingh, as Subject Expert; Dr. Md. Serajul Islam Prodhan, Associate Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering & Director, IQAC, Dhaka International University, as Quality Expert, and Mr. Mahbub Alam, Director, IQAC & Associate Professor, Department of Social Sciences & Humanity, Independent University of Bangladesh, as Quality Expert.
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Quazi Md. Mafizur Rahman, concerned Dean Prof. Dr. Md. Zaman Khan, Respected Registrar Ar. Hosne Ara Rahman, Proctor Dr. Golam Mostafa and other high officials took part in a discussion meeting with the Peer Reviewers.
Prof. Dr. Yasmin Ahmed, Director, IQAC and Mr. Md. Anwarul Hoque, Additional Director, IQAC were present in the program. IQAC did the overall arrangement in association with the department and supervised the whole program.
The Peer Reviewers praised highly the activities and endeavors of the department in particular and the university at large.
