The Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology organized a day-long workshop titled “Setting Standards for Quality Assessment and Question Papers” on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 in the auditorium of the University. Faculty members of all the academic departments were the key participants in the workshop. Eleven departments participated in the morning session and seven departments in the afternoon session. 

The workshop was inaugurated by the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Dr. Md. Shah-e-Alam. He emphasized the maintenance of the quality of question papers without any compromise. Among others, all Deans and Department Heads were present. The Director of IQAC Md. Moniruz Zaman presented detailed guidelines on the standards of student learning assessment and quality question papers. During and after the presentation, the participants were invited to provide feedback on the guidelines. They enthusiastically participated in the discussion and provided valuable feedback.
