The IQAC was established with a vision to develop quality consciousness in all aspects of
institutional life. Our mandate includes supporting continuous improvement, fostering creativity
and innovation in higher education, and enhancing the capacity of faculty, staff, and students to meet contemporary academic and professional challenges.
In alignment with national standards and global expectations, IQAC is committed to maintaining an effective system of monitoring, evaluation, and development. We actively promote scholarly engagement, data-driven decision-making, and participatory approaches to institutional growth. Through regular training programs, academic audits, and performance reviews, we help departments identify their strengths and areas for enhancement.
The IQAC also works to ensure that SMUCT’s quality assurance processes are responsive to the
evolving expectations of employers, industries, and society at large, especially within the context of the qualification standards set by the Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework, and the demands of a fast-changing global workforce.
