Training Program on office management
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology arranged a “Training Program on office management” for faculty-members on November 17, 2018 at the Creative Gallery. The program started with the welcome address of Prof. Dr. Yasmin Ahmed, Director of IQAC. She cordially welcomed everybody who came to attend the program.
The Chief Guest of the program was Dr. Gouranga Chandra Mohanta, Project Director, HEQEP, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Education. In his speech, he laid emphasis on maintaining files properly and upholding manners in dealings with colleagues and others.
Prof. Dr. Quazi Md. Mafizur Rahman, Honourable Vice Chancellor spoke on the occasion and declared the program open.
Prof. Dr. Md. Abdul Halim Shaikh, Dean of Faculty of Design and Technology and Prof. Dr. Md. Zaman Khan, Dean, Faculty of Management and General Studies also spoke on the occasion.
The Key-note speaker was Mr. Md. Aminur, Management Advisor of Bangladesh Institute of Management. In. his presentation, he dwelt at length on the manners, etiquette and protocol. Question answer ensued after the program.
HoDs, Faculty-members of different departments and some officials participated in the program.
Prof. Dr. Md. Zaman Khan, Dean, Faculty of Management and General Studies gave the vote of thanks. Mr. Md. Anwaul Hoque, Additional Director of IQAC anchored the program.
