As a part of Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) activities a team consisting of 20 members (member of IQAC and member of PSAC from different departments) visited IQAC of Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh on June 1, 2023. IQAC of BAU organized a discussion meeting in its conference room. The meeting was started at 11:00 am. Prof. Dr. Sukumar Saha, Director of IQAC exhibited a power point presentation on IQAC activities of BAU. He focused on 10 standards for Quality Assurance and Accreditation. Slides on Learning Outcomes Domain and its significance were displayed by him perfectly. His presentation and discussion were fluent, admirable, valuable and informative. Dr. Md. Golzar Hossain, Additional Director of IQAC also gave a lively presentation on students’ assessment and evaluation in BAU. A question-answer session was held after the slide presentation. Prof. Dr. Md. Shah-E-Alam, honorable Vice –Chancellor of the University and former distinguished academician of Bangladesh Agricultural University was present during the visit. Honorable Vice Chancellor encouraged all the IQAC members to exert their abilities so that the quality of education of the university can be improved. During the visit he gave some guidelines to make the university a quality university by utilizing merits, capabilities, abilities, skills and knowledge of IQAC members. Prof. Dr. Yasmin Ahmed, Director of IQAC highly appreciated the IQAC team of BAU for their fantastic presentation. Mr. Mohammad Kamaluddin , Additional Director of IQAC gave special thanks to Director and Additional Director of IQAC, BAU for the excellent arrangement. The Director and Additional Director of IQAC, SMUCT gave some gifts to Director and Additional Director of IQAC, BAU on behalf of the University.
